Mankind on the exponential curve
Man has been on this rock for thousands of years, and has learnt to make the wheel and create fire.
Only a few centuries ago, the steam engine kicked off the industrial revolution.
It’s more than 110 years since Man first flew in a powered fixed wing aircraft, and just over 46 years since Man first walked on the moon.
Less than a year ago we received close-up photos of the planet(?) Pluto, and even more recently, detected gravitational waves.
Heart transplants are commonplace now, and Stem cell treatment shows a promising future.
So many advances in all fields of science, medicine, space etc, with our rate of achievements imitating the exponential curve.
Man is a very clever creature.
It would appear there is almost nothing Mankind can’t eventually achieve, and yet . . . . . .
